Gain valuable insights from our curated panel sessions, each designed to demystify key processes in legal and expert evidence.
This session explores the process and benefits of joint expert reports in legal proceedings. After individual expert reports are submitted, the court often requires experts to collaborate and prepare a joint report.
Concurrent evidence, or “hot-tubbing,” brings opposing experts together to testify simultaneously, discuss disputed issues, respond in real-time, and answer judge and counsel questions collaboratively.
Curious about the “hot tub” method? This session provides an accessible introduction to concurrent expert evidence, a technique that originated in Australia and is gaining traction worldwide.
